Our service promise
The team at The Kaweka Food Company is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We will always endeavour to produce exceptional quality products and deliver friendly service. We are always willing to hear from you if you wish to communicate with us in any way.

Photos and Descriptions
We have endeavoured to show and describe each product as accurately as possible. Photos may show serving suggestions or groups of products.

Availability
Kaweka is available through 287 supermarkets and other retail outlets such as Caltex Starmarts nationally in New Zealand. Kaweka will be able to export from mid June 2007 from our new greenfields site in Hawkes Bay New Zealand.

Payment & Security
Kaweka does not sell direct to consumer. Trade customers are dealt with the utmost security via secure web payment, direct to account or other pre-arranged payment on account set-up.

Refunds
If you are not happy in any way with any Kaweka product you purchase, please return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you have any problems returning Kaweka product to a retailer and the product is faulty, we will refund you in full, including return freight within New Zealand.
